Ingredients
8 Boneless Chicken Thighs
2 tbsp Paprika
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Chilli Powder
2 tbs black pepper
½ cup White Vinegar
½ cup Water

1 cup of hot sauce
½ cup of butter
8 Brioche Slider Buns
8 oz (226 g) Cream Cheese
½ cup (113 g) Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
5 tbsp heavy cream, or whipping cream
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes
1 large egg

Step 1
For the Fried Chicken
Step 1
Mix together 4 Cups of all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, chilli powder, and black pepper in a bowl and reserve 1/2 a cup of it.

Step 2
In a bowl, cover your chicken thighs with vinegar, water, and 1/2 cup of your flour mixture. If it's too thick, add a bit more vinegar and water. Fully coat your chicken.
8 Boneless Chicken Thighs

Remove chicken and fully coat in your spiced flour, then deep fry at 350°f-375°f until the internal temperature is 165°f (about 4-5 minutes)

In a pan on low heat, melt butter and whisk well with your hot sauce. It will be a light orange color when it is fully mixed. Use this buffalo sauce to coat your chicken thighs

For the garlic butter
½ cup (113 g) Unsalted Butter
3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
5 tbsp heavy cream, or whipping cream
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp dried parsley flakes

Step 1
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Add minced garlic, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, dried parsley, and an egg to the melted butter. Stir well until all ingredients are well mixed.

For the Buns
Step 1
Remove the center of your buns and fill with cream cheese. Paint on your garlic butter sauce on all sides. Bake in an oven at 300°F until the garlic sauce is dried. About 5-7 Minutes.
