Ingredients

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

2 oz cream cheese

1 ½ cups almond flour

2 large eggs

Additional mozzarella cheese for stuffing

spray Cooking or parchment paper for baking

Tools

Smoker

Oven (Optional)

Microwave

Cast iron pan

Baking tray

Parchment paper

Directions

Step 1

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cream cheese. Microwave on high for about 1 minute until the cheeses are melty and easy to stir. Stir well to ensure the mixture is smooth and fully combined.

Step 2

Add the almond flour to the melted cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly until a dough-like consistency forms.

Step 3

Allow the mixture to cool slightly to avoid cooking the eggs prematurely, add them to the dough mixture. Combine until the dough is uniform and all the ingredients are well incorporated.

Step 4

Preheat your oven to 250°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Step 5

Take a handful of the dough and form it into a flat rectangle or oval shape on the prepared baking sheet. Make sure it's not too thick to ensure even cooking.

Step 6

Place a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of the dough rectangle, leaving a small border around the edges.

Step 7

Carefully fold the edges of the dough over the cheese, sealing it in completely. You can shape it into a loaf or keep it more rustic-looking.

Step 8

Optional: Sprinkle dried oregano, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan on top for added flavor.

Step 9

Place the stuffed bread in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the dough turns golden brown and the cheese inside is melted and bubbly.

Step 10

Once baked, remove the cheesy bread from the oven and cover in garlic butter, let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
